There's nothing that you will like in that company the manager anith shetty he can handle anything even he make false promises and no growth an advice for fresh don't join lds they will make you sign a Bond of 2 years and no training is provided by them they take 45 to 60k from client and your salary will be 15 to 18k max and you have to do work of 45to 60k amount and you also won't get support and they also don't released FNF by giving you false statements .

Nothing I liked in LDS, they are not supportive to fresher, it's horrible experience First company will be best company but for me it's worst and horrible company, manager is not supportive at all for fresher.

Micro Management, toxic working culture, Negativity in the work environment, Not Taking responsibility, Lack of Proactivity.

lack of punctuality, Poor quality of work, lack of collaboration, No initiative, Work only in profitable business, very bad after sales service, lack of technical skills, micro management, 2 year agreement while joining. No personal development.

Company policy are worst but when you work with thik kind of company you will get good experience and well know about corporate calture.

Not worklife balance. They will calculate you as money making how much you earn for them before investing on you.
