The Senior operation Manager (Old Lady) overrules all the juniors & takes personal advantage of the Indian Director. Anything can happen here based on favoritism: (Without any relevant Skills) 1. Receptionist to HR 2. Admin to Finance Manager 3. Presales to marketing 4. Favorites will promoted any time 5. Malayali's given too much preference 6. WFH is given to favorite People Please don't bring students from KJC & Spoil there career.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
