Food, no proper(stretched) deadlines.

Dislikes

...y hour asking for work - they call u on weekends, won't let you leave office, v.strict HR policies(cut half day salary upon arriving late), stubborn HR, like they'll ask/cut 500rs if you are late for morning scrum.V.Strict 3 months notice period. Firing people/whole team on a 10-20 days notice without any PIP or bench. I worked there 3 years.

It's a wonderful place to work for anyone can blend quickly with the organization

Dislikes

The CEO he is really inspiring, motivated very clear in his goals interms of growth. He takes good care of employees and their well-being. He wanted to build an empire. I am very much proud to be a part of his team and to know him in person.For the next 10 year's I am going to invest myself and believe in the company and the CEO vision.
