Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Nothing it's my horrible and pathetic condition.

Dislikes

I was working as lecturer in pharmacy department, I work 8 month but in that month I had only seen 1. Negative environment 2. All time discouragement 3. Bullying and teasing by useless people. 4. Pathetic and narrow mind principal who see the caste, gender and your background condition. 5. They want to trouble by bully, nonsense comments and teasing bad word 6. Going personal comments and personal bullying 7. Upper authority and management didn't respond and make solution when you discuss what's ever wrong happens with you 8. Principal is pathetic and disgusting person. 9. Poor infrastructure, I don't know how PCI given approval to run this college, lab are like scrapyard and pathetic, totally Negative and dirty scenario with negative people.
