Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If you want to leave any other company and come to LCC, then choose this option carefully because this company can fire you at any time without any reason and also this company does not respect the workers, only those who The bus takes care of the seniors, lives in the worst of the living and food in the dam project, there is a lot of water facility now, there is no job security.
