Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Agr bhai iss company me kam kroge... ye log tumme even diwali pe bi nikal denge bina baat ke.

Mai 4 year se ek company me kaam kr raha tha and trust krke iss company me aya or in logo ne mereko sirf 2 months me nikal diya..... agr rakhna hi nai hota to durso ki life ku barbaad kr rhhe ho... ab iss company ki vjje se mereko koi rakh nai raha ... or even inn logo ne mereko time bi nai diya change krne ka... diwali pe hi nikal diya
