Here;s a never ending list 1. Managers and TLs they compare themselves and theirs productivity with freshers which makes them feel under confident 2. They put all the blame of any misshaping on the heads of their junior Employees 3 . If a junior makes any mistake they over execrate it feel like a hot topic to enjoy on 4 . In terms of learning and growing in any tech -- not a place to be . 5. Even authority holders and CEO , they all have high proud and zero courtesy and etiquette. 6. Though office hours gets over by 6:30Pm still they expect you to work even after this. 7 OVERALL BAS SAMJH JAO , BHAI NOT A PLACE TO WORK--

Working at LBM Solutions is so much fun as the atmosphere of the company is very very good and one can learn a lot working in this company. There are a lot of fun activities that are introduced by HRs two days a week and there's a separate youtube channel named LBM Solutions where all the activities are posted daily. This company primarily focuses on increasing the productivity of the employees and making them learn as much as they can. Work timings are very reliable along with some short leaves are allowed plus the HRs are very understandable.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike in LBM solutions. The atmosphere is very good.

I like the people I work with at LBM Solutions. They are friendly, helpful, and supportive. I also appreciate the company culture, which emphasizes collaboration and respect. The company provides excellent resources, tools, and training to help employees succeed. Finally, I enjoy the challenge of working on a varienty of projects and the opportunity to learn and grow.
