My experience working in LBI was very bad but there was only one thing i liked that is the job security but that also has limitations. Like if you don't take any leave otherwise your salary will be deducted and then if you come out of office before 6.30 even 5 minutes before 6.30 then alao you will be marked with a halfday.

Dislikes

...rowth nothing as you would be given same work repeatedly nothing new to learn 3. Salary is low 4. The ceo will not like you if you leave office at 6.30 ( Working hours 10 to 6.30 ) 5. No free casual leave. You have to pay for every leave you take 6. 6 days working is hectic too
