Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Nothing at all!! Nothing about this Consultancy is good or better! Poor people bitching about one another all the time including the bosses! Very pathetic situation there in this consultancy! Nobody cares to speak to new people, nobody is friendly and everyone is so selfish! Have never seen such a work culture ever!!!

Learning as a recruiter is very good, you get to work for various clients and will learn about the type of hiring IT & Non IT firms do.

Dislikes

The org. culture is totally biased, you will get the position as per the preferences of the SPOCs. Also, there is no proper management and policies, everything changes as per the mood of our beloved CEOs. Before covid they wanted to discontinue the Gurgaon branch and were asking the employees to sign a bond and during covid they shut down the Mohali branch. Incentive policy is very poor, they get the payment of the candidate joining in 60-90 days and give the incentive to the employee after 6 months, less appreciation as well.
