1. Employee received Salary on 15-20th day of next month. 2. Manufacturing company is that so they purchase raw material on first priority, so salary goes too late received by employees. 3. Company not loyal for employees 4. Company hold 3 month expense amount of sales employee to deduct when they leave company.

... soon. When the time comes, loss against you is shown in the manupilated papers. I am yet to receive my 5 month salary and many are still working there hoping that theirs will ve given soon.

Market improvement decision is good. Company pressure like a family atmosphere, Teams are cooperative and they work to improve day to day sales.

Some time any issues are pending for long time according to distributor, Rest of No comments.

Products are good but company policy's is not comfortable like no PF, No ESI, No annual bonuses, no mediclaim facility No incentive structure, overall experience is good because products is fast moving, salary comes between 10-18th of every months, expense like TA/ DA settlement is delayed there by 1.5month.
