Salary credited every month on 7th.If any conveyance allowance credited on every month 20th.Not given proper responds for any queries.for first year contractual period given paid off 5days only.aftrr second it will be increase 18days.

There is a flexibility in work...... You can work accordingly.......some people are very good in behaviour, very helping & Supportive. Overall good working culture.

So the dislikes are like less salary, no attention towards your growth....Lack of equality, somewhere coordination issues.

...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. And the company gets us time to time salery.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high and There is only a provision of 4 years of working in the company. Company removes employees as soon as 4 years are over.

compensation is decent but growth is slow. Managers do not value an individual s'unique strengths, wich is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.
