No Systematic goal. In recent years, facing poor leadership. No technical training program to make value addition. Completion of KRA more important than fundamental growth.

The work environment in laxmi is really good. The facilities and other benefits are on average.The politics here is very bad and no place for career growth.You will need lot of experience to grow along with organisation

Management staff is very poor and don't pay much attention to workers and learning employees. Job is not secure as it company deals with serious hazardous chemicals and fatalities can happen anytime.

...r person ..or fresher ..they give high CTC but in reality..u will get ..15000 No bus No canteen,No salary slip..No. insurance..they...lie to you no of.. Fake promise..fake people... They want gulam not employ.... No difference in worker. And shift incharge..no toilet..for officer.... Apart from that....this is no safety facility.. No shoes .if u work in this company..you will loss ur 5-7 year of life.....very dangerous product..it's very harmful for life..specily .for eyes..if stand in palnt .. Tears in ur eyes..and skin eaching... And acid fumes ..it's very harmful for heart.. u have deal with it daily..

Worst management ...they continues spy..on you by camera and. ..they have spy.. every where if u seat for ..5 to 10 they..will punish by .give .. unnecessary work ..

1)Canteen policy as like lunch and breckfast are not good.pls to be improve a good and healthy food thatswhy we use in hazards chemicals. 2) Leave policy is not good as compare to other company because PL is recieved after 1year I think PL should be every month's receiving.
