Good work culture and teammates are supportive.salary on time 7th of every month. Apprisals and bonus are done regular every year.

...ne except MD,. Once u resign, then u r treated like an enemy of Lhp management.. They dont give ur last month salary.. Also forget ur bonus and LTA amount.. Nk proper settlement procedure... Never join

Process oriented company set all the best practices in the world. LHP is good example for the others for taking precautions during and after lockdown period of Covid 19.

Not leader ship culture in middle management .

I feel that working in this organization enhances the self confidence. LHPL mainly works for specialized motors, every day I find something new to learn and work and I never get tired due to the work load.
