Totally unprofessional set up, no job profile, no HR policy. Everyone's post is Manager Accounts in that firm. You may be highly qualified but old employees with lesser qualification than you, will get more salary than you. No salary structure according to designation. You will curse your life once you join this firm & will look for new opportunities as soon as you realise. I can guarantee you won't stay for more than a year. If you join between the year, you will get increment only after you complete 1 year within the financial year, so basically you have to wait for 20-22 months for increment. CFO is worst, he is short tempered & can throw you out anytime. No job security. Unhygienic toilet, you will have to share toilet with factory workers.

I get to learn new skills & encourage me to have patients. Company policies are in favor of employees. The work environment is very much comfortable.
