First of all I like the staff member who are helpful and I got opportunities to work in different departments like customer service department and customer due diligence and their management team are highly educated and I love the culture as all type of people are working in that bank.

Dislikes

Only thing I don't like that they ignore the ideas of junior as there are some inequalities between superior and inferior.

I worked for the customer relationship management team . i had a great time working and knowing how things are done. i would work there for long if time permitted me .

Dislikes

one concern i had regarding laxmi bank was that the bank didnot allow us to go deep into much details and i had only limited and repetitive work to do . this can get boring as everyone wants to do something new daily .
