Good work environment and culture.teammates and senior supervisor and also management are transparent.

There is alot of issues for working this company.salary not good for an Trainee engineers.also not provided safety equipments like hand gloves,safety glasses, safety shoes etc.

Worst company I ever seen No respect as a Engineer. All the Supervisor are iti and 10th passed and their behaviour with engineer's are very bad don't go to this company untill you don't have options in your life

Pay scale,no bus,no canteen facility even they don't have clean toilet

The company is adopting latest technology but very slowly only when the problem arieses or production gets stopped .teammates are supportive ,training gives one time in training period .all the vendors and customers are within city so doesn't need for travelling .little bit politics happens ,work environment is good .little bit innovative .

Compensation is decent,growth is slow ,the work pressure is high sometimes .

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Also.there is no on job training for freshers.

The company is followed the inivative idea's because it's still growing & I have chance to get knowledge about work of different departments. Due to this I can understand what was actual meaning of company and why we are there.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is not so high but have to work for two shifts i.e. 16 hrs at least two days in a week.
