Culture is great. Deserving get the promotion Apart from salary there is room for incentives every month You got to put in heart and soul to the work No micro managing Lot of freedom and place to grow knowledge wise and up the ladder too.

If you think it is routine work then it is not. Everyday brings new challenges. Each challenge enhances your skills and learning. You will be forced to learn new things and grow. For the course I took Sunday was working as it was for working professionals. It's hard to have a good work life balance since it is remote work

I am pleased to share my experience working with a talented team at LawSikho. It has been 6 years of working with the company. It is a wonderful place to work remotely and enjoy the benefits of a regular office job. With a majority of the team as women employees, the company truly believes in woman empowerment and recognizes the need to allow women to prove themselves from the comfort of their homes. I highly recommend working with LawSikho. If you are someone who can dare to dream then you must dare to accomplish too, that's possible when you work at LawSikho!!

Good pay scale, but the increments can be made better. If targets grow at 20% then increments should be at the same percentage value.

Colleagues and seniors are very supportive. Good guidance and support can be expected by everyone. Anything and everything can be discussed freely. Opinions are acknowledged. Remote working culture allow you to travel or stay at home with your family. HR Team is very supportive.

Work Life Balance: - LawSikho has allowed me to balance both my personal and professional life, by giving me the opportunity to work from the comfort of my home and the places I travel to. I wanted to have the best of both worlds- spending time with my grandparents and parents, while at the same time be a part of this space (ed-tech in law) with one of the best players in this industry, in our country. Appreciation for talent: - Its been two years that I have been a part of LawSikho and I have seen tremendous growth in my professional journey and a lot it is because of the trust that the team showed in me and we have been able to experiment with a lot of projects. Every now and then, we reassess the direction we are heading to, we ideate, plan and execute- ideas that seem to be working and are in the best of our leaners' interest. Liberty of ideating & working on new & exciting projects: - Everyone, right from the top management to the team, everyone is open to suggestions, feedbacks, ideas- as long as they serve the interest of our learners. Cordial Work Environment: - The inter and intra- team co-ordination is very smooth, streamlined and cordial. A lot of deliverables are such that require the input of various teams- content, current affairs, mocks etc. and in my experience so far, I have had really good experience with everyone.
