Culture is great. Deserving get the promotion Apart from salary there is room for incentives every month You got to put in heart and soul to the work No micro managing Lot of freedom and place to grow knowledge wise and up the ladder too.

If you think it is routine work then it is not. Everyday brings new challenges. Each challenge enhances your skills and learning. You will be forced to learn new things and grow. For the course I took Sunday was working as it was for working professionals. It's hard to have a good work life balance since it is remote work

I am pleased to share my experience working with a talented team at LawSikho. It has been 6 years of working with the company. It is a wonderful place to work remotely and enjoy the benefits of a regular office job. With a majority of the team as women employees, the company truly believes in woman empowerment and recognizes the need to allow women to prove themselves from the comfort of their homes. Good pay scale, but the increments can be made better. If targets grow at 20% then increments should be at the same percentage value.

Colleagues and seniors are very supportive. Good guidance and support can be expected by everyone. Anything and everything can be discussed freely. Opinions are acknowledged. Remote working culture allow you to travel or stay at home with your family. HR Team is very supportive.
