Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Dislikes

Lavazza is a MNC company spread all over 60 country. Time to time salary come and here growth is less if your post is a service engg. Then ur promotions will be held on may be 4-5 yrs. No new learning things here no and work pressure is high. Overall best industry's.

There is no such things for like this company but you get market standard salary
