...r not response for customers he is worst behaviour services also very worst . 2.) Lobo staffing solutions HR and managers told appointment letter salary but received Salary so different it's a scam he will not take care of employees salary not settled correct time. Immatured behaviours are Allowance and salary also scam it's like fraud company. 3.) L&T Regional manager also new person he is not knowledge for products he is behaviour also very rude Immatured behaviour he is not helping employees. 4.) Too much of politics are going there employee growth career growth are very low. 5.) Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
