Good salary with on time payment, period! And absolutely no other benefits/coverage/insurance etc (since it's a startup). Also, good infrastructure (office space/environment) since they work from a co-working space. (WeWork building)

... zero value. So, apply and enter this place at your own risk; very high risk. In my opinion, if you are "just looking for a job" that pays decent money to pay your bills, take it. Forget career or skills or knowledge improvement or work life balance (many roles are almost 24hrs x7 days a week, with majorly nights). Once a manager told me, "a high-paying", "low skill" job is a very very bad combination for one's career. No matter what company you work, if the equation is like this, you shouldn't stay. This startup is definitely one of those kinds!! (Except for 1 or 2 roles)

Laundryheap fosters a positive and inclusive work environment. I have had ample opportunities for professional growth & development. The company frequently promotes from within based on the employees' performance, giving us the chance to climb up the career ladder. The senior management is approachable, supportive and open to feedback.

The environment of the logistics team is very dynamic and if you choose to make the most out of it you get to learn a lot . Opportunities are clear cut should you perform. And most importantly everything is visible and your work is on an open platform The team is very supportive , everyone gels in and pushes each other Managers are knowledgeable and support you too

Dislikes

The pressure can sometimes be too much . Even though the organization itself does not push , work is such that balancing work life is a task. There are times where you feel there is a lack of direction and you are chasing a headless chicken By the time you get to adjust to the new requirement , the ship has turned again and you are running behind something new

Management gives enough flexibility in trying new things and pays attention to its outcomes.

Dislikes

1. Culture (People management, work ethics, biased thought processes amongst employees etc.) 2. Team engagement activities (Team outings, annual gatherings etc) are non-existent.

Likes

To begin with, the Interview process was nothing short of a seamless experience. The company culture is incredibly inclusive, fostering an environment where the employees feel valued and supported. The management is approachable and open-minded and encourages communication. There are also fun weekly events to look forward to.

Dislikes

Honestly, nothing so far. Everything seems structured.
