Initially, company appointed the staff with good salary packages but since July 2022 till date the company did not submitted the PF whereas, every month the PF deductions were there from the salaries of the employees. Mass firing and layoffs without any information even the day you were working on that day also. The company did not provide the full compensation. They have manipulated the compensation structure. They showed bankruptcy/project failure but in reality they have changed the name of the organization in collaboration with their parent company "Veative".

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
