I would like to say about LatentBridge work culture and all is very good and specifically which is excellent to learn new technologies, this is the platform to improve your career growth and opportunities etc.

Nothing to say, all perfect except the salary date. why because I have lot of commitments on 1st of every month but salary was credited on 5th of every month.

...ly difference is that this is permanent work from home and clients are pathetic.Salary will be credited only if the client decides to pay.It is as good as working as a freelancer.No relieving letter.No IT support.Nobody will solve laptop related issues.HR team is there for namesake.Mainly UK projects.UK people treat you like cheap labours and are very conservative.You will regret working here.If you have another option please dont join this company.

The company is doing really well and has a lot of promise. The workers know what they're doing, so the work environment is great to be in. The higher-ups are always willing to help out and answer questions. Not only do they know how to help people reach their potential but also recognize the importance of a good balance between work and life. Everyone at the company works together really well and is easy to get along with. Because the company keeps everyone updated very consistently, they are really open and honest about what's going on.

...ke working at LatentBridge, but there is one small issue that has stuck with me. During the interview process, when I was asked about my expected salary, I provided a number. However, they didn't mention that this figure might not be possible and only revealed during the final interview that the company policy wouldn't allow for that salary. As a result, I was offered a lower amount. It would have been appreciated to have more clarity about the salary from the start. Nevertheless, the enjoyable work atmosphere at LatentBridge makes the issue seem trivial.

Being a Start-up firm, I got ample opportunity to learn new things from all departments of the organization. That makes me productive in my career growth.

Dislikes

Everything is good, but some of the dislikes are : - Apart from Salary very less employee benefits - Sometimes extended Work Hours. Rest all are good and i am happy :)

Nothing much.! Only LatentBridge has less casual leave compared to other IT companies, they are working on it.
