Its a great feeling working here. The working environment is awesome. There is appreciation for every great thing you do.. higher management are very close to the employees. They will seek the employee and needs and make every employee comfortable.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Proper training and control over the work flow is not there.

...es are always support me every moment when I want wrong any perticular project.. No mediclaim over their, if you took more than 4days above weeks for any reason they cut out your salary..

They dot provide any mediclaim and medical facility. They provide on 11 to 15 day salary very delay salery.. Not updates technology any software.. management dot take any responsbility ..

Good frame work of this company. All the management team is very supportive,company policies are good, it provide good salary and bonus every year.

The company, Lastmile Transtech, has a very poor work culture. There is no job security, even for employees who perform well. They create situations that force employees to leave, such as sudden transfers with only five days' notice, leaving no room for acceptance. The management is ineffective, and the HR department fails to support employees or address their concerns. There is no proper hierarchy in place, and the overall experience is extremely disappointing.👎
