There is nothing in the company one may like. MD of the company put CC TV in washroom can you imagine? Think the level of.. .... And one more thing they say won't ask for salary. Never received on time,Normal practice is 15th to 20th of next month.

...anagement or management won't change it's thinking from BABU company to Company.You won't receive salary on time, Normally it takes 15 to 20 days of next month. Job security is negative.

...ything they told me to join their organization with 3rd party off role Payout. When I asked them about salary and payroll, they confirmed that I will be in direct payroll and they will provide me which I asked for. After 2 days of finalizing everything they called me for salary negotiation. When I disagreed, they said okay. Again after 2 days they called me and asked me to join on 3rd party payroll. So I rejected their offer.

Salary not in time and the office culture is too bad. If you coming office just 2-5 minutes late , Hr cut your leave balance but HR coming office in 1 to 2 hours hour late . There are no rules for him, his leave balace always safe for him.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is dloe
