...ything they told me to join their organization with 3rd party off role Payout. When I asked them about salary and payroll, they confirmed that I will be in direct payroll and they will provide me which I asked for. After 2 days of finalizing everything they called me for salary negotiation. When I disagreed, they said okay. Again after 2 days they called me and asked me to join on 3rd party payroll. So I rejected their offer.

Salary not in time and the office culture is too bad. If you coming office just 2-5 minutes late , Hr cut your leave balance but HR coming office in 1 to 2 hours hour late . There are no rules for him, his leave balace always safe for him.

Some staffs are good but many are not good they won't pay salary on time they don't know how to talk in company...one team leader misbehave their is no likes only dislike they dismiss their employees when they want

Horrible Experience ! Purely lala company. The owner here seems not running Pvt Ltd concern, running a grocery shop. The entire organisation is operate on the mood of the Director. Once fine morning, if the director selects anyone for a stipulated job ; he or she must have to abide by that, whether they are knowledgeable or not. Moreover, if anyone doesn't have the quality to oiling or buttering the director, he or she will sacked immediately on that day. My personal experience, any literate individual or anyone have self respect won't cross the threshold of the organisation. And personally I won't recommend any person.

Salary which everyone expects to get on the first, we will get at end . Politics plays a pivotal role,more than work culture.
