As a work at design office, i get enough time to do other activities like playing games , family time , travelling. Also the opportunity to learn new from different learning programmes, projects and all.

Dislikes

Some company policies on leaves, medical insurances and pay scale.

Likes

Working culture and behaviour of sinior is good for junior and contractual staffs. Bachelor accommodation and transportation is sufficient, HR support is nice to all. Freedom for jobs is one of good sing in here.

Dislikes

...ance family and work. Permanent ship is very rear chance for contractual staffs. Incriment yearly 5% on basic salary, which is unbelievable for this company. No future for contractual staffs.

As a career growth and job security point of view this is excellent. Good at compensation also.

Dislikes

You will be ask to work for other discipline. Least exposure to skills of your area. Zero work life balance. 6 days are official working day but you will be forced to work on each holiday and week off. Even one of my colleague is asked/forced to postpone his own marriage. Only site job with extreme low allowances. No chance of getting transfer to your preferred location. 8-8 job.

Only part that we get salary on time.

Dislikes

No work-life balance at all. Managers here judge your work based on time you spend in office or site and not on the efficiency. So we have to work from 8.30am to 8.00pm-8.30pm along with 2.5 hrs of daily travel. H.R department is hopeless with no intentions of retaining the employees.

You will be able to shift between departments easily and learn lot of new skills which will benefit on the longer run

Dislikes

Appraisals are not that great you need to join at higher slab to ensure good pay scale
