There is no work life balance for employees. At factory and site people are working more than 15 hours without any benefits. Health getting affected. Unpleasant behaviour by seniors.

Only job security and other benefits was good for staff such as TEMS claim, medical insurance for self and family persons.

Dislikes

Salary was very less for old employees no proper increment for old employees. HR was also have poor mindset for all employees, senior management also not supporting for junior staff .
