On time salary payment is the best thing in L&T. There is a lot to learn at project sites in L&T. L&T has a huge market value which always adds-on during a job switch.

Dislikes

Gender bias is a regularly appearing biasism observed in the work place. No fixed working hours at project sites. All saturdays are working at sites. Even on Sundays, if required.

New joiners are getting good designation & package as well but old employees are not getting promotion on time & increasement also very poor. Staff's actual evaluation is zero.
