Nowadays company culture having bad interface itself, In this Organization except managers all are treat themself as skilled labour not an Professional because "M" factor & Ego making burdens the work load and on lower cadre. We can't assumed company as previously as, behind of all above lines is Management failure.

...ork routine. 3- Respect of your Hardworking. 4- Unprofessional way of working. 5- Salary structure is so worst. 6- Bottom line staff facing "M" ( manager ego) factor issue. 7- Concerned management treats like a labour. 8- Facilities are going far away day by day. 9- Gas, Electric city,Cooking etc. Pay itself.

Promotions are largely determined by your relationship with the manager, and you're expected to always agree with their decisions (Manager Decision) , regardless of how much work you’re already handling. There’s little regard for the effort you put in; everything is considered urgent, and the expectation is that tasks be completed the same day, no matter how many hours it takes. Disagreeing with management can lead to workplace politics, which can result in delays or denials of things like timely leave or meals and harrassment. There is clear favoritism between permanent and contractual employees, especially when it comes to leave and accommodation. Site engineers and third-party employees are had to work at least 14 hours a day (despite HR policy stating 12 hours), including Sundays, without additional pay or leave adjustments. Office hours are strictly from 8:30 AM, with no official end time. Only your in-time is recorded by the employer, not your out-time. Cost-cutting measures are mostly applied to site staff, while managers enjoy all the benefits. The harsh reality of the company becomes apparent only after you join. This is the situation in the construction industry.
