Their in house "ATL anytime learning platform is full of resources, i spend my free time learning on that about diofferent construction practices. If youare posted ion HQ headquarfter then timings will be smooth 9-5pm but onsite 8 am to 8pm ,12 hours a day

No direct contact between management and project site execution member. All are systemised, in which no personal recognition of individual is there if immediate supervisor does'nt like you.
