Contractors payment is pending from 3-6 month, and management pressurise to us for achieving our target, how is that possible? Most of the project are in huge losses due to management and company policy, no one can beat them There are partiality between DET , GET and Lateral entry people,

No coordination Hierarchy comes first Only GETS and planning team comes first without any experience same for promotion Needs to accept blindfolded decision Ratings to the staff is based on biad

Working Culture is excellent.

New joiners are getting good designation & package as well but old employees are not getting promotion on time & increasement also very poor. Staff's actual evaluation is zero.

Work cukture,work life balance,un-practical targets,Expenses from your own pocket for client entertainment,only physical work and no mental work,work titmings 14-16 hrs daily,no holiday or sunday,north south favourism,office politics,rules changes according to post,etc.

Management made good system for work life balance. But your manager will see like u did crime if you ask for a leave... So many hidden things in salary... U have roam arround and beg your accountant to get your house rent.... You won't get placement if u prefer a location even though there is requirement...
