job hours are more than 12 sometimes which is very stress full you dont get leave even after 1 years your perfomance is not appreciated it depends how your relation are with your incharge and the most bad thing you are very far from your native place and also from your family.

Contractors payment is pending from 3-6 month, and management pressurise to us for achieving our target, how is that possible? Most of the project are in huge losses due to management and company policy, no one can beat them There are partiality between DET , GET and Lateral entry people,
