Dislikes

Managers are the one of the worst people in L&T. They just torture their juniors and try to brainwash them by creating job fear. They need junior employees to work 24/7 so that they can gain the promotions with the hard work of juniors. Every person wants to show up that's it. Deep inside nothing. Company has a very good reputation round the globe but the work culture is highly toxic and low level employees are getting cooked with mental torture. Only work needed but not the personal life/wellbeing of an employee.

It was great experience of 10 month in L&T,Ahmednagar.Family Time type atmosphere while working while having meal, outgoing and some extra activities.Staff is very Cooperative, Factory head officer and other senior officer are very nice.I hope to work with you in near future.
