Overall job security and on time salary will be much more better then other companies but appraisal and pramotion will be depend on you relationship with project manager so that might create some problems to stafss

At the time of pramotion there will be a lotssss of corporate politics behind our neck and need to improve work life balance

Overall the organisation is good for hard working people. Salary is on time Compensation is also good Good facilities are provided Work life is also good Management also supports for higher education

I have been working since two years. Upto now my overall experience is good. But 1thing you should keep on mind that you have to keep a good rapport with your project manger cz overall rating depends upon him. Which should be changed.

The company is open to innovation adopts latest technology and high-quality products good response for employees as a result we work happily in collaboration I also like the employee re-hire policy here

Good compensation is decent but growth is high the work pressure is low

Colleague & senior was friendly. Salary on time. There was no tension regarding accomodation & travelling as I was project engineer.

As a project engineer Long working hours (12-14hr). Frequent job rotation between night & day shift. A lot of area to be managed by one. Unprofessional work culture

Gives opportunity to each staff to prove themselves. Takes chances by giving them responsibilities. Good mediclaim policies.

Too much working hour, Office politics, Salary difference between two same profile/responsible staffs just because one is Diploma Holder & other is Degree Holder, 3 month's nitice period.
