No work life balance, Not-Acceptable Working environment( vary from site to site project), have to go through a bad politics( whether a junior or senior), own career growth is depending upon your managers instead of our own hard contribution to work. As service providing department, we have to depend multiple people to complete the task.

PLR not good for site team. Promotion also not good if you are working as a site engineer, since, promotion is depend on PLR points.
