Poor appraisal and promotion processes. The HR team shows little concern for employees' contributions, and the management's approach to salary increments is ineffective.

Salary will be on time, and other benefits like insurance basic allowance are good.

All depends on the project, working hours are too bad.. minimum 12 hours you have to work and if you are in third party then it will be your worst case, as for third party payment terms are very bad, salary time is not fixed sometimes you will receive it on 3rd or 4th and sometimes 10 or 12th. No allowance in third party pay role

Good work environment and culture. Some teammates are supportive but some teammates and ASM is transparent

Salary is good but career growth is slow. There is a lot of politics right now. The politicians are ASM and RSM.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Larsen and Toubro as a company is good but it is important in which SBU you are working. Work life balance is poor , too much politics, poor carrier growth, appraisal system is prejudice.
