As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location.

...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn`s address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joiners.

...tion Facility, Kattupalli. Company hires on demand basis on third party payroll. Salary is far less for the same work when compared to employees on roll. Work life balance sucks. There is only work and no life here. They suck every employee blood even bone marrow. People think from outside the the brand L&T is good. Inside it is rubbish.
