There is no work life balance for employees. At factory and site people are working more than 15 hours without any benefits. Health getting affected. Unpleasant behaviour by seniors.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn`s address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joiners.

...tion Facility, Kattupalli. Company hires on demand basis on third party payroll. Salary is far less for the same work when compared to employees on roll. Work life balance sucks. There is only work and no life here. They suck every employee blood even bone marrow. People think from outside the the brand L&T is good. Inside it is rubbish.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-13 hours straight in a day

This company is very good place to grow your technical skills. Documentation work, work in safety enviornment, learnings and various trainings, salary. Etc etc is the good points of this company.

Job security is the main problem in this company. Career growth rating system is also not good.
