Pure hierarchical Structure No or minimal scope for new ideas or innovation. Lagging in catch hold of technological advancements Very poor salary compared to peer companies No WFH or hybrid culture. No work life balance at all.

There is a time to join this company, but there is no time to leave; neither any other time is available nor any facility!

Salary and benefits are better than other companies. Accommodation and travel is from the company when posted in sites.

Toxic work culture. Minimal work life balance. We were totally busy for almost 12 hours and had a 6 day work week with 1 half day on a Sunday each month. Depends on the site, but most sites are this way

Salary coming on time Training facility and platforms are good

There is no work life balance for employees. At factory and site people are working more than 15 hours without any benefits. Health getting affected. Unpleasant behaviour by seniors.
