Growth, The growth is not linked with your performance. It depends upon how you satisfy your big boss, not by works & in other way. I spent so many years & there was good relationship with boss but later understood boss can not be satisfied with work only. Nepotism, favouritism, Doppelganger affect ruins the culture.

Company's internal system is not up-to-date and policy's overlap and clashes. Workpressure increasing everyday and aproach being unrealistic creating overburden for junior level. Having great strength and capabilities in Junior and Apex level staff however midlevel is incapable in handling buisness.

No work life balance, too long working hours, no freedom of work, too much work load, inhumane management, no job security, no welfare for staff overall not a favorable atmosphere for working

12to13hrs work, wo extra hrs pay, salary hike also max1% if you are not having promotion, which happens once in 3to5 yrs. Appraisal also will be given how good connection you have with Boss, ork performance is secondary. MYZONE is the greatest eyewash in the name of performance review.

Colleague & senior was friendly. Salary on time. There was no tension regarding accomodation & travelling as I was project engineer.

As a project engineer Long working hours (12-14hr). Frequent job rotation between night & day shift. A lot of area to be managed by one. Unprofessional work culture
