Largen and toubro is largest organisation in the world but job is to be not secure because of the major issues like selary and company HR Management systems is not working time to time.

Dislikes

Time to time selary is not to be pay for third-party. And parmanent posses is long time

Not much to like when posted at site. You will save a good percentage of salary when posted at site since company provides accommodation.

Dislikes

Corporate culture is non existent when posted at site which is the case for 90% of employees. Brutal politics and brown nosing culture prevalent. Work life balance is like a joke for the management. Clerical work being forced upon over qualified people for the job. Slow to change, superannuated mind set of upper management.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company polices are very good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Only thing that one can work at L&T is due to the attractive salary & benefits provided by company

Dislikes

Though they pay you well enough, the work life balance is horrible at L&T. Career growth is limited to certain stage and technically I didn't find any expertise in this company.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
