Job security, on time salary and guest house facilities.

Dislikes

Very toxic work environment, negative competition among employees, No work life balance, no clarity of job role, no value for lateral entries, very biased rating system, vendors and contractors late payment issues.

Biggest construction company in india, Great talents and infinite resources, Capacity of taking any challenges.

Dislikes

Nothing. Only motivation is the salary credited on a fixed date. Nothing else is there to look after.

Dislikes
