1. Worst management 2. Rude manager with hard spoken languages. 3. You ll get Low salary if you not negotiate well with HR you be clown when you see your colleagues salary for same cadre. 4. 1. Timely annual increment but very low compared to Market standards. 2. Good security is very high.

Dislikes

... very traffic. 4. Quarterly Retention Policy for Mid and senior level position. Good portion is covered in QRP which paid quarterly if you are not on notice pay during payment date. 5. Leave police for causal leave is very tricky. Cannot take more than 4 days off from office even holiday or weekly off comes in between.

Colleague & senior was friendly. Salary on time. There was no tension regarding accomodation & travelling as I was project engineer.

As a project engineer Long working hours (12-14hr). Frequent job rotation between night & day shift. A lot of area to be managed by one. Unprofessional work culture
