The company is open to innovation and ready to adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i'm a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client bases

Dislikes

compensation is decent, but growth is moderate. The work pressure is very high, some times i have to work 12-14 hrs. and they are providing good training for freshers, this is good way to learning experience.

Colleague & senior was friendly. Salary on time. There was no tension regarding accomodation & travelling as I was project engineer.

Dislikes

As a project engineer Long working hours (12-14hr). Frequent job rotation between night & day shift. A lot of area to be managed by one. Unprofessional work culture

PLR not good for site team. Promotion also not good if you are working as a site engineer, since, promotion is depend on PLR points.
