Salary benefits is below industry standards for employees working for longtime. HR policies are tricky and unclear. Appraisal system is not up to the mark.

Likes

1. High salary. 2. Training and Development - separate application for it. 3. accommodation and cook will be provided for bachelors. For food Menu and groceries you have to coordinate with your colleagues.(for site locations) 4. Vehicle will be provided for pick up and drop (for site locations)

Dislikes

1. Work timing above 14 hrs , even Sunday work will be there. 2. Hierarchy issues. 3. Untimed work calls 4. Work life balance will be Zero

Very old and established company. Hence, can handle unforeseen risks and situations like a pandemic without much truncation in pay or termination of the employee. regular staff salaries without any delay whatsoever every month. Good brand name to work within India as it provides a slight edge over contemporaries in construction field for future prospects.

Long hours work. compensation is decent. but very good learning platform.

...rs if u r posted their construction sites where mainly freshers deployed........ Salary growth is pathetic u get same pay for 4 years nd thn after promotion only 80 k around hike in a year which is a joke😂😂

Only salary will be credited on time.

...rowth in L&T for lateral joiners. Around 30% of salary paid as variable salary. If anyone resigns before reaching the due date for variable pay, they will not get the same.
