... culture varry site to site. If project team is good then best place to work. Salary is on time - this is the best part. Job security is there.

Work life balance is not there. Most of time we have just manage the people not that much scope for learning. Company is having international level documentation procedure but it doesn't complied at site level.

You won't have life working in L&T. Favouritism & buttering is the Only way to get promotion. Even after working 12 hours you are expected to work more while favourites are chilling.

This above company running only for bengalis and odissa state people. Not for tamilians... So i hate this cuck couple l&T culture.

Gives opportunity to each staff to prove themselves. Takes chances by giving them responsibilities. Good mediclaim policies.

Too much working hour, Office politics, Salary difference between two same profile/responsible staffs just because one is Diploma Holder & other is Degree Holder, 3 month's nitice period.

Pure hierarchical Structure No or minimal scope for new ideas or innovation. Lagging in catch hold of technological advancements Very poor salary compared to peer companies No WFH or hybrid culture. No work life balance at all.
