Salary on time. 28 of every month. Lot of new things to learn through meeting and trainings.

Work culture is very poor, social life is almost zero. You can't get time for family, you will get around 32 leaves in a year PL/CL but you don't have permission to use them unless and until you haven't done buttering to your boss. The most worst part is the appraisal system which makes the company hell to work. It's good for them who sits in a top position or working in Head offices because all enjoyment is for them. As a site staff, just work, work & work....forgot other things.

... having average educational training. Having much more skill training institute. Enough salary. travel allowance for particular activity.

work pressure is very high especially executive team. more politics in at particular area. Deploying other discipline students in another department.

Lnt is the best company till now in construction field, it provide good salary, promotion & have job security.

Working hours is not fixed, have to work on weekends also, some corporate politics is there.

This above company running only for bengalis and odissa state people. Not for tamilians... So i hate this cuck couple l&T culture.
