... level. Appraisal or fair process is also not good and it is vary from IC to IC. The appraisal process need much more improvement and deserving candidates are continuing in same performance level year and year hence it hampers the growth in salary. The salary is very less and the major part of appreciation is shared with only the outstanding performers. And growth of salary is also very less comparatively to current market conditions. Compensation of all benefits are also not given and mostly shared with top performers.

Job Security: Those who are really interested in job have a definite job security. Work culture: Well framed work culture to give better productivity maintaining safety & quality. Management: Overall yearly review, assessment and reward are average. Need to consider the assessment of Project Manager or Immediate supervisor. Company Policy: Policy of exit interview at different level are required before exit of staff. A sincere punishment is really better for the improvement of other staff. Policy like distributing the annual rewards throughout the year is better to retain the staff.

...d as long as working good. Career growth is always there and well established. Timely salary without any delay. Delayed appraisal or unaccounted appraisal happening.
