Nothing except the salary coming on time

No leadership role. No perfect trainings. State head remains always in ego and has nothing to add up in system or employee to increase the potential. No mentorship, no accountability and RH also remains in cave until there is kick from central team.

The company gives ample opportunity to learn at every level of management. High Job security if the performance is good and has good policies when it comes to staff welfare. Due to its widespread established, staff also get a chance to get exposed to various culture across the world

... affected especially due to the untimely transfers due to business requirements. compensation is decent compared to industry averages but the same is not commensurate with the kind of work pressure handled. Most of the times, the decisions are top driven even if there is a feedback from down the line regarding the difficulty in following those decisions.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts letest technology.I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliabhle ,hogh qualify products and has a global client base

compensation is decent,butgrowth is slow .The work pressure is very high sometimes,I have to work 14 hour straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into night.
